Right! You guys have probably been wondering why I haven’t been writing and George seems to have been having all the adventures. Well, this is true, he has. And I’m very gutted.

I wasn’t feeling too well so we decided it was best I rested and caught up with George in Japan. I know lame right. I also wanted to deal with it without anyone worrying too much about me so yep I didn’t tell anyone :) I’m probably gonna get alot of why Lou? Why didn’t you tell me? That’s because I’m 30 years old and can handle a bit of illness on my own. And to be honest I was a bit embarrassed that I had to put my holiday on hold.

To anyone who would like to know, I felt tired, a bit sick, quite rubbish and continuing just wasn’t making me better. So I stopped and chilled for a while and got better.

Anyway, I’m back on it now and heading for my favourite choice country. Japan! I have Ghibli museum Tickets and I’m far too excited about that to be able to put it into words. I’m also considering the massive hike up Mount Fiji as the top seems too amazing to miss.

By the way I’ve unfortunately tainted the no flying rule by having to catch George up and use one. Although, it’s not necessarily ruining it all together. It was a minor inconvenience and if I hadn’t been ill planes would not have been used. George is still keeping the experience alive :)

On another note I got to see Russia from above. It’s full of trees. And I mean it just seems like trees. like a massive forest in the middle of a city and trees in the roads ( well not really but looks like it ) It even seems like the buildings have been built round the trees not the other way round.

By the way plane food is exactly that, plain food. Fricking gross. Non the less the crew on Aeroflot were very nice and managed to get a veggie meal for me even though I hadn’t ordered one. They all seemed to be in a patronising mood too. I had lost my pillow and was skeepy ok.

Managed to get to Tokyo finally and find George after 3 hours of searching (see vid) I’m looking forward to it already though. Been randomly helped by a stranger, everyone is nice and even the underground trains have a happy disposition :)

PS if anyone fancies a chat on skype I should be on late on wednesday or mid morning on Thurday English time

Yey nice to hear you’re back on track, and lets be honest, Japan is the coolest place so far so its not like you’ve missed anything! Jealous of the gibli experience, and the fuji experience, and everything about my beloved country. Wait why the hell haven’t I been there yet?!
